1. What are your office hours?
The office is opened M-Th 8:00am - 6:00 pm. Our Friday office hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Currently Dr. Garcia does not have appointments available Wednesday afternoons.
2. What is your policy with regards to cancellation?
We require a 4 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Please be sure to contact our office if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment.
No-shows will be billed at a fee of $25
3. How will you notify me of my lab results?
Our staff will call you within 3 business days to notify you of your lab results and give you any of the doctor's recommendations. Keep in mind that there are certain labs that take longer to run, so you may not get your results within 3 business days.
If we cannot get in touch with you by phone we will send you a portal message. If you do not have a portal and we cannot get in touch with you by phone we will send your results to the address we have on file.
4. What insurances do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Texas HealthSpring, Aetna, BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna, MHealth, UMR, Great West, PHCS, and Multiplan. If you do not see your insurance listed, please call our office to see if we accept it.
5. Do you accept non-insured patients?
We do! There is a baseline fee for a new patient. Once the patient is established, the fee is lower. This fee includes an exam by physician or PA. Any labs ordered are an additional cost. Any procedures done would also be additional. Please call the office for our current fees.
6. Will you allow same day appointments?
Yes , we do have a set number of appointments available for same day/urgent appointments. Please call as soon as you can in the morning to obtain a same day appointment. However, if you cannot get a same day appointment and you have an urgent need please do not hesitate to call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.
